UV Patch Short liner system with hardening in under 8 minutes!
The UV Quick Liner System “UV Patch” enables the rehabilitation of selectively damaged pipe sections in lengths of up to 1 meter. Essentially, the UV Patch is used when a full rehabilitation of the pipe is not yet necessary.

The development in trenchless sectional sewer rehabilitation has produced systems using UV curing, which is based on UV-sensitive photoinitiators, in addition to the heat- and cold-curing solutions.

Applications
As long as only sections of the pipes are defective or porous, the rehabilitation of the entire line is not cost-effective. IBG HydroTech has developed the UV patch for this purpose. With it, sections of the pipe up to one meter are rehabilitated.
The UV Patch compacts defective pipe joints, localized corrosion, root ingrowths or infiltration, and exfiltration in the circular and egg-shaped sections. The curing time is less than 10 minutes.
